The follow-up flanging front material is controlled by a motor to lift and lower, and two sets of cylinders control the flap. When the processed pipe is too long, it will hold the pipe to prevent the pipe from sagging and ensure the processing accuracy.

When cutting the workpiece, the scrap will drop directly into the scrap trolley, which is convenient for the collection and processing of the scrap. The entire support structure is controlled by the motor servo, which can automatically move up and down following the shape change of the workpiece to ensure that some of the pipes to be bent are cut. Afterwards, it will not be bent due to the influence of gravity, which ultimately ensures the beauty and precision of the finished product.

When the workpiece is cutted, the cylinder will control the splicing flap to slide the finished product down to the storage place, and then the cylinder will rise to the limit again, so that the splicing flap is parallel to the ground, so as to continue the next workpiece processing. Therefore, the feeding action is automatically controlled by the system.
